Busy Time Entries let you block specific periods in a therapist's diary for activities that are not client appointments — staff training, team meetings, supplier visits, equipment maintenance, deep cleaning, or personal breaks. Blocked time is clearly visible in the diary and automatically excluded from online booking availability.

How It Works
01
Open the diary and click Add → Busy Time in the top toolbar
02
Select the therapist, date, start time, and duration of the busy block
03
Add a label or reason (e.g. Training, Lunch, Stock Count, Deep Clean)
04
The block appears in the diary immediately and closes that slot to online booking
